• Writing must be legible.
• No alteration, crossover, or whiteout voids the form (including changes with initials).
• The application must be the original, completed, and signed in ink; Photocopies of the original are not acceptable. 
• The applicant’s signature is required on the applicable signature line.
• Any exceptions in the electronic process have been resolved (if applicable).
• The customer has provided a physical check with their application in a valid amount (if applicable).
